I grew up in Detroit, where grit, accountability, and doing right by people aren’t slogans, they’re requirements. That mindset shaped how I operate and how I approach acquisitions today.

Before Bridgefund, I built and scaled ecommerce businesses from the ground up. I’ve been on both sides of the table, as a founder and as a buyer, which means I understand the pressure, the trade-offs, and what’s actually at stake when someone considers selling a business.

Today, as Partner of Bridgefund Capital, Edward focuses on acquiring, scaling, and optimizing digital commerce businesses, leveraging his deep expertise in operations, finance, and enterprise execution.
